These terms apply to everyone who registers a Tradzigo account — homeowners posting jobs and tradespeople offering their services.
By creating a Tradzigo account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will keep your login details confidential.
You must accept these terms and our privacy practices before an account is created. Accounts may be suspended or removed if information is found to be false or misleading.
Tradespeople must submit identity, address, insurance and bank details for review. Applications are checked by a Tradzigo administrator and only approved accounts appear in the public directory with a verified badge.
Verification is a documentation check. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, and tradespeople remain solely responsible for the work they carry out.
Homeowners post job details free of charge and receive quotes from matching tradespeople. Any contract for work is formed directly between the homeowner and the tradesperson.
Tradzigo is a platform that introduces the two parties and holds payment securely. Tradzigo is not a party to the works contract.
Email addresses, phone numbers and links are automatically hidden in chat messages and quote requests. Contact details are released only after an administrator approves the release and the job payment is secured.
Attempting to bypass contact protection may result in removal from the platform.
Homeowner payments are authorised and held securely. Funds are released to the tradesperson only after the homeowner approves the completed work.
Tradzigo's commission is deducted from the tradesperson's payout at the point of release. There are no subscriptions and no lead fees. The current commission rate is shown on the tradesperson pricing page.
A held payment can be cancelled before release if the job does not go ahead. Where work has been partly or fully completed, homeowners and tradespeople should agree an outcome and contact Tradzigo support if a dispute remains.
You agree not to post unlawful, abusive or misleading content, not to misuse the messaging system, and not to scrape or copy directory listings.
Tradzigo may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms.
Tradzigo provides the platform on an “as is” basis and is not liable for the quality, timing or outcome of work carried out by tradespeople, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the revised version on this page.
