What does it cost to join Tradzigo?+
Joining is free. There is no subscription and no charge for leads or quotes. Tradzigo takes a 20% commission only once the customer approves the completed job — on a £500 job you receive £400.
How do I get verified?+
Upload photo ID, proof of address, your trade credentials and public liability insurance. Our admin team reviews the documents manually, usually within one working day, and your profile then carries the Verified pro badge.
How do I get discovered by local customers?+
Verified profiles appear on the trade and city pages that match your postcodes and services, and matching jobs are sent to you as they are posted. A complete profile with photos, services and reviews ranks higher in the directory.
When do I get paid?+
The customer's payment is authorised up front and held securely. Once they approve the finished work, the funds are released to you minus the 20% commission.
Can customers contact me directly?+
Contact details are released once a quote is accepted and approved, which protects both sides from spam and keeps the job history, quote and payment in one place.
